Director of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

Company

Our client is seeking a visionary supply chain professional for their Director of S&OP position. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, this individual will lead the S&OP transformation, synchronize technology, create and implement new processes and work cross functionally to execute and educate.

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategy and vision for a S&OP transformation including identifying key gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze metrics to determine correct supply/demand balance
• Identify and participate in effective S&OP infrastructure building, including application of Information Technology
• Drive closer integration among sales, finance, and operations
• Present monthly to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree; Masters Degree Preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of scheduling and the interrelationship with the S&OP process, customer service levels, and business results
• Experience working in a vertically integrated environment preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strategic visionary with transformation experience in complex environments

Compensation:

$120-$140K (based upon experience) + 25%-50% of base incentive plan, relocation assistance and full benefits.
